A pair of nice quality traditionally upholstered armchairs that had been badly covered in calico at some point (last picture).

Stripped down to the frame and repairs made where loose and broken joints were evident.

Then the traditional filling was reused but with extra stuffing and new hessian then stitched together.

Covered in calico for extra strength and finally upholstered in a lovely natural herringbone wool fabric.
